Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager for SAP EWM transformation to lead large-scale programs, define future-state warehouse strategy, and guide solution design and deployment. You will manage executive stakeholders, oversee delivery excellence, and drive expansion of EY’s SAP services across client engagements.

You will coach teams, contribute to business development, and travel as needed to client sites, balancing delivery quality with strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• Typically 9+ years of relevant SAP consulting and delivery experience.
• At least 5 years of hands-on SAP EWM implementation and transformation experience.
• Experience leading large SAP programs and multiple concurrent client engagements.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams and mentoring consultants.
• Strong written and verbal communication and executive stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead large-scale SAP EWM transformation programs and workstreams.
• Serve as trusted advisor to executives on warehouse management and supply chain initiatives.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation activities including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Coach and mentor consulting teams to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
