Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Manager in SAP EWM to lead transformation programs across diverse clients from its SAP Supply Chain practice. You will define future warehouse strategies, oversee design and implementation, and drive delivery excellence while mentoring teams and expanding EY’s relationships.

You will manage complex engagements, interact with senior stakeholders, and travel as required to client sites, ensuring quality and risk management across the program lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 9+ years of relevant professional experience, including SAP consulting.
• At least 5 years hands‑on SAP EWM implementation and transformation experience.
• Experience leading large SAP programs and multi‑workstream delivery.
• Experience leading cross‑functional project teams and mentoring consultants.
• Strong written, verbal communication and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel; travel estimated at 80%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Oversee program and project management, ensuring engagement economics are met.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead large SAP EWM transformation programs and align with client objectives.
• Act as trusted advisor to executives on warehouse management and supply chain topics.
• Guide end‑to‑end implementation activities, including design, config, integration, testing and support.
• Coach and develop consulting teams, fostering collaboration and improvement.
• Contribute to business development, including proposals and thought leadership for SAP Supply Chain.
