Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in SAP EWM to lead large transformation programs and act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders. You will define future-state warehouse strategies, oversee design and implementation, and drive delivery excellence across complex engagements.

You will guide solution design, manage cross-functional teams, and expand EY’s relationships with clients in logistics and supply chain transformations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year) required.
• Typically, no less than 9 years’ relevant professional experience, including significant SAP consulting/delivery experience.
• At least 5 years of hands-on SAP EWM implementation and transformation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and client relationships on a daily basis.
• Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead large SAP EWM transformation programs and manage complex workstreams.
• Advise executive stakeholders on warehouse management, logistics and supply chain transformation.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation activities including design, configuration, integration, testing and post-go-live support.
• Coach and mentor consulting teams to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
