Job summary

EY’s SAP Practice seeks a Senior Manager to lead end-to-end SAP EWM transformation programs for US clients. You will guide warehouse management and logistics engagements, define future-state strategies, oversee design and implementation, and manage cross-functional teams with a focus on quality and risk management.

You will work with executive stakeholders, drive delivery excellence, and contribute to business development while traveling up to 80% as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 9+ years of relevant professional experience, including SAP consulting and delivery.
• At least 5 years hands-on SAP EWM implementation and transformation experience.
• Experience leading large SAP programs and multiple client engagements.
• Strong communication, presentation and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel 80%+

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale SAP EWM transformation programs and drive delivery excellence.
• Manage engagement delivery, budgets, resources, and risk across complex engagements.
• Oversee solution design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
• Coach and mentor consulting teams to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Develop and expand EY’s SAP Supply Chain offerings through proposals and thought leadership.
