Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in its SAP practice to lead large-scale SAP EWM transformation programs. You will guide solution design, oversee delivery across multi-disciplinary teams, and partner with senior client stakeholders to shape future warehouse strategies.

You will mentor consulting teams, drive program governance, and contribute to EY's growth in SAP Supply Chain. This role requires frequent travel and deep SAP expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 9+ years of professional SAP consulting/delivery experience.
• 5+ years hands-on SAP EWM implementation experience.
• Experience leading large SAP programs or multiple client engagements.
• Strong written and verbal communication and executive stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel ~80%.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale SAP EWM transformation programs and engagements.
• Oversee program delivery, budgets, and resource plans.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders on warehouse management and supply chain transformation.
• Define SAP EWM strategy, architecture, and roadmap.
• Oversee design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
• Coach and develop consulting teams and contribute to business development.
