Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager for SAP EWM within its Technology Consulting practice to lead large-scale transformation programs across warehouse and logistics operations. You will guide solution design, oversee implementation teams, and drive delivery excellence for senior client stakeholders.

You will mentor consulting teams, shape future-state warehouse strategies, and expand EY's relationships through thoughtful leadership, impactful delivery, and collaboration with cross-functional partners

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree (4-year degree).
Typically, no less than 9 years’ relevant professional experience, including significant SAP consulting and delivery experience.
At least 5 years of hands-on SAP EWM implementation and transformation experience.
Experience leading large SAP programs, major workstreams, or multiple concurrent client engagements.
Experience leading cross-functional project teams, mentoring consultants, and driving successful project delivery.
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and executive stakeholder management skills.
Experience leading business process design, solution architecture discussions, and technology transformation initiatives.
A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 80%.

Responsibilities

Leading engagement delivery and managing client relationships on a daily basis.
Overseeing program/project management and ensuring engagement economics are met.
Developing resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
Leading large-scale SAP EWM transformation programs and complex workstreams, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with client business objectives.
Serving as a trusted advisor to executive and senior client stakeholders on warehouse management, logistics, and supply chain transformation initiatives.
Managing engagement delivery, including project planning, resource allocation, budget oversight, risk management, and quality assurance.
Facilitating executive-level discussions, solution design workshops, and business process transformation sessions.
Defining SAP EWM solution strategy, architecture, and roadmap recommendations to support client business goals.
Overseeing end-to-end implementation activities, including solution design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Reviewing and guiding the design of custom RICEF objects and functional specifications to address complex business requirements.
Coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing consulting teams while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Contributing to business development activities, including client pursuits, proposals, RFP responses, and thought leadership across the SAP Supply Chain practice.
