Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Senior Manager for SAP EWM transformation within our Technology Consulting SAP Practice. You will lead large-scale engagements, shape warehouse and logistics transformations, and advise senior client stakeholders on strategy, design and delivery.

You will oversee end-to-end implementation, guide RICEF efforts, and drive EY’s relationships and services. You will mentor teams, manage budgets and risks, and contribute to business development while traveling as needed to

Qualifications

• 9+ years of relevant professional experience including SAP consulting and delivery.
• 5+ years hands-on SAP EWM implementation and transformation.
• Experience leading large SAP programs and cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executive stakeholders.
• Proven ability to drive business development and proposals.
• Willingness to travel; travel estimated at 80%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Oversee program and project management and ensure engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead SAP EWM transformation programs and workstreams to meet objectives.
• Advise executives on warehouse management, logistics and transformation initiatives.
• Plan, budget, risk manage, and ensure quality across engagements.
• Facilitate workshops, solution design, and business process transformations.
• Define SAP EWM strategy, architecture and roadmap recommendations.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation activities including design, config, testing, deployment.
• Review RICEF designs and functional specs for complex requirements.
• Mentor consulting teams and foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to business development, proposals, and thought leadership.
