Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in SAP EWM to lead large-scale transformation programs across warehouse management and supply chain. You will define strategies, oversee design, and guide multi-disciplinary teams through implementation and post-go-live support.

You will work with senior client stakeholders, drive delivery excellence, and identify opportunities to expand EY’s services within complex engagements. EY offers a global, diverse environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 9 years’ relevant professional experience, including significant SAP consulting and delivery experience.
• At least 5 years of hands-on SAP EWM implementation and transformation experience.
• Experience leading large SAP programs, major workstreams, or multiple concurrent client engagements.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams, mentoring consultants, and driving successful project delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading business process design, solution architecture discussions, and technology transformation initiatives.
• A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 80%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis.
• Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics are met.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead large-scale SAP EWM transformation programs and complex workstreams, ensuring successful delivery.
• Serve as trusted advisor to executive stakeholders on warehouse management, logistics, and supply chain transformation.
• Manage end-to-end implementation activities including design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Coach, mentor, and develop consulting teams while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to business development activities, including client pursuits and RFP responses.
