Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Manager to lead large SAP EWM transformation programs and advise senior client stakeholders on warehouse management and supply chain initiatives. You will define future-state strategies, design solutions, oversee global teams, and ensure delivery excellence across complex engagements.

You will coach consulting teams, manage budgets, and collaborate with business development to expand EY’s SAP footprint. Travel is expected up to 80% as projects span multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree) required.
• 9+ years in SAP consulting and delivery.
• At least 5 years hands-on SAP EWM implementation.
• Experience leading large SAP programs and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and client relationships daily.
• Oversee program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Direct large SAP EWM transformation programs and workstreams.
• Coach consulting teams; drive continuous improvement.
• Support business development and RFP responses.
