Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Manager to lead large-scale SAP EWM transformation programs across warehouse and logistics operations. You will partner with senior client stakeholders, define future-state strategy, oversee design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

You will coach consulting teams, manage engagements, budgets, and risks, and drive business development through pursuit responses and thought leadership in SAP supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (4-year) required.
• Typically, no less than 9 years of relevant professional experience including SAP consulting and delivery.
• At least 5 years of hands-on SAP EWM implementation and transformation experience.
• Experience leading large SAP programs or multiple concurrent client engagements.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client service, and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships.
• Oversee program management and ensure engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead large SAP EWM transformation programs and workstreams.
• Advise executive clients on warehouse management, logistics, and supply chain transformation.
• Guide end-to-end implementation activities from design to post-go-live support.
