Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) to lead large-scale transformation programs. You will guide solution design, oversee multi‑discipline teams, and partner with senior client stakeholders to drive delivery excellence across complex engagements.

You will define strategic warehouse approaches, lead implementation efforts, and identify opportunities to expand EY’s services. Travel 80% is expected as part of client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year) required.
• Typically, no less than 9 years’ relevant professional experience, including significant SAP consulting and delivery experience.
• At least 5 years of hands-on SAP EWM implementation and transformation experience.
• Experience leading large SAP programs, major workstreams, or multiple concurrent client engagements.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams, mentoring consultants, and driving successful project delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading business process design, solution architecture discussions, and technology transformation initiatives.
• Willingness to travel; travel estimated at 80%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead large-scale SAP EWM transformation programs and complex workstreams.
• Advise executives on warehouse management, logistics and SCM transformation.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation: design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment and support.
• Guide design of custom RICEF objects and functional specs.
