Job summary

Accenture is seeking a transformation maven to help clients digitize and optimize SAP solutions. You’ll lead complex projects, collaborate across teams, and travel to client sites as needed, focusing on SAP Payroll and EC implementations.

You will work in a dynamic environment, driving the delivery of SAP transformations and payroll solutions while ensuring quality and profitability across programs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience.
• 3+ years of Employee Central Payroll experience.
• Experience with a minimum of 1 full life-cycle SAP Payroll Cloud implementation.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project in a global delivery model.
• Certified in EC Payroll applications, and Payroll module.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience; Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.
• Use your business smarts to kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led.
• Show clients how they can use SAP to solve their business problems.
• Work in a team where you wear lots of hats and may be in charge.
