Job summary

Accenture’s SAP practice is seeking experienced professionals to lead and deliver large-scale SAP transformation projects. You’ll solve complex business problems, configure SAP solutions, and collaborate with sponsors and teams across global delivery networks.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in SAP transformation or 8 years industry experience, with Payroll Cloud implementation and EC Payroll expertise. Willingness to travel 0–100% is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 3 years of Employee Central Payroll experience
• Experience with a minimum of 1 full life-cycle SAP Payroll Cloud implementation
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project in a global delivery model
• Certified in EC Payroll applications, and Payroll module
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.
• Use your business smarts to kick‑start transformation programs, whether domain‑ or platform‑led
• Show clients how they can use SAP to solve their business problems
• Work in a team where you wear lots of hats – interacting with clients, managing workstreams, collaborating with other teams – and where you may need to be in charge
• Run the workstream and/or project activities you’ve been given
• Drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality
• Interact with all workstreams – technical, reports, conversion, change management, project management and more
• Tweak current methods, tools and procedures to create solutions that meet clients’ needs
• Check business requirements to find configuration solutions
• Keep a record of requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives and final decisions
• Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements
