Accenture is seeking a transformation lead for SAP programs in the United States. You will manage delivery of large, complex SAP projects, drive transformation initiatives, and help clients maximize SAP capabilities across Payroll and HR domains.

Travel to client sites is expected, and you’ll work across multiple workstreams to ensure value delivery. You’ll leverage design thinking and agile methods to shape solutions, mentor teams, and maintain strong sponsor alignment, risk controls, and

Formación

• Minimum 4 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 3 years of Employee Central Payroll experience.
• Experience with a minimum of 1 full life-cycle SAP Payroll Cloud implementation.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project in a global delivery model.
• Certified in EC Payroll applications, and Payroll module.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience).

Responsabilidades

• Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.
• Kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led.
• Show clients how they can use SAP to solve their business problems.
• Lead a team across workstreams and client sites, and coordinate with other teams.
• Run the workstream and/or project activities you’ve been given.
• Drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality.
• Interact with all workstreams – technical, reports, conversion, change management, project management and more.
• Tweak methods, tools and procedures to meet clients’ needs.
• Check business requirements to find configuration solutions.
• Keep a record of requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives and final decisions.
