Job summary

Accenture’s SAP practice seeks a transformation expert to lead large SAP Payroll projects. You’ll solve complex business problems, work with cross-functional teams, and travel to client sites as needed. You’ll guide ERP transformations, leverage SAP solutions, and ensure successful outcomes for clients.

The role emphasizes hands-on delivery, leadership of multiple workstreams, and ongoing engagement with business stakeholders to realize value from SAP investments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years experience with Employee Central Payroll.
• Minimum 4 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience.
• Experience with a minimum of 2 full life-cycle SAP Payroll Cloud implementations.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using SAP frameworks.
• Kick-start transformation programs, domain- or platform-led.
• Show clients how SAP can solve their business problems.
• Lead a team and coordinate multiple workstreams across client sites.
• Run project activities and ensure timely delivery.
• Drive profitability and maintain service quality.
• Collaborate with technical, change-management and reporting workstreams.
• Adapt methods and tools to meet client needs.
• Confirm requirements and document solutions and decisions.
• Travel to client sites as required (0–100%).
