Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP transformation professional to lead delivery of large, complex technology projects for clients, including SAP Payroll Cloud and SuccessFactors integrations. You will drive transformation programs, manage a global delivery model, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure on‑time, high‑quality outcomes.

Minimum 4 years SAP transformation or advisory experience, 3 years EC Payroll, and at least 1 full SAP Payroll Cloud implementation are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in SAP transformation, advisory, or consulting
• 3+ years of Employee Central Payroll experience
• Experience with at least 1 full life-cycle SAP Payroll Cloud implementation
• 1+ year as Project/Workstream Lead on a large SAP transformational project in a global delivery model

Responsibilities

• Deliver large, complex technology projects using established frameworks.
• Kick-start transformation programs, domain- or platform-led.
• Show clients how SAP can solve business problems.
• Lead cross-functional teams across sponsors, workstreams, and other teams.
• Manage workstream activities and ensure quality.
• Coordinate with technical, reports, conversion, change management workstreams.
• Refine methods and tools to meet client needs.
• Analyze business requirements to find configuration solutions.
• Travel may be required (0%–100%).
