Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior SAP Payroll and transformation expert to lead the delivery of large, complex projects across client engagements in the United States. You will drive SAP transformation programs, oversee multi‑discipline workstreams, and ensure profitable, high‑quality service delivery while traveling to client sites as needed.

You will apply your deep SAP Payroll experience to help clients solve business problems, configure SAP solutions, and mentor teams across offshore and onshore

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years experience with Employee Central Payroll.
• Minimum 4 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience.
• Experience with a minimum of 2 full life-cycle SAP Payroll Cloud implementations.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project with on- and off-shore resources.
• Certified in Employee Central Payroll applications, and Payroll module.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.
• Use your business smarts to kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led
• Show clients how they can use SAP to solve their business problems
• Work in a team where you wear lots of hats – interacting with clients, managing workstreams, collaborating with other teams – and where you may need to be in charge
• Run the workstream and/or project activities you’ve been given
• Drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality
• Interact with all workstreams – technical, reports, conversion, change management, project management and more
• Tweak current methods, tools and procedures to create solutions that meet clients’ needs
• Check business requirements to find configuration solutions
• Keep a record of requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives and final decisions Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements
