Job summary

Accenture is seeking a transformation maven to help clients digitize and optimize with SAP. You will lead large, complex SAP programs, manage workstreams, and partner with sponsors to ensure value-driven delivery.

You will apply your SAP Payroll and EC Payroll expertise, demonstrate how SAP solves business problems, and travel to client sites as needed. This role blends leadership with hands-on configuration and advisory work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years in related industry.
• Minimum 3 years of Employee Central Payroll experience.
• Experience with a full life-cycle SAP Payroll Cloud implementation.
• Minimum 1 year leading large SAP transformation projects in a global delivery model.
• EC Payroll certification (Payroll module).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of large, complex technology projects with scope and risk management.
• Kick-start transformation programs, domain- or platform-led.
• Show clients how SAP can solve their business problems.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional teams across workstreams and clients.
• Run the workstream and project activities assigned.
• Drive profitability and ensure service quality across engagements.
• Interact with technical, reports, conversion, change management and project teams.
• Refine methods, tools and procedures to meet client needs.
• Check business requirements to find configuration solutions and document decisions.
