Job summary

Accenture’s SAP practice is seeking a transformation leader to help clients meet digitization challenges through SAP payroll and cloud transformations. You will lead teams, manage scope and risk, and drive program success across client engagements.

The role requires 8+ years with Employee Central Payroll, 4+ years SAP transformation, 2 full lifecycle Payroll Cloud implementations, and travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years experience with Employee Central Payroll.
• Minimum 4 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience.
• Experience with a minimum of 2 full life-cycle SAP Payroll Cloud implementations.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project with on- and off-shore resources.
• Certified in Employee Central Payroll applications, and Payroll module.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.
• Kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led.
• Show clients how they can use SAP to solve their business problems.
• Work in a team wearing hats – interacting with clients, managing workstreams, and guiding others.
• Run the workstream and/or project activities you’ve been given.
• Drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality.
• Interact with all workstreams – technical, reports, conversion, change management, project management.
• Tweak methods, tools and procedures to meet client needs.
• Check business requirements to find configuration solutions.
• Keep records of requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives and final decisions. Travel may be required (0-100%).
