Job summary

Accenture is seeking a transformation leader to drive SAP Payroll and Employee Central Payroll initiatives, delivering large-scale SAP programs for clients. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, manage scope and risk, and ensure client success across global deployments.

Qualified candidates bring 8+ years in EC Payroll, SAP transformation, and Payroll Cloud implementations, with travel readiness. A bachelor’s degree and EC payroll certification are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years experience with Employee Central Payroll.
• Minimum 4 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience.
• Experience with a minimum of 2 full life-cycle SAP Payroll Cloud implementations.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Project Lead on a large SAP transformational project with on- and off-shore resources.
• Certified in Employee Central Payroll applications, and Payroll module.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.
• Kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led.
• Show clients how they can use SAP to solve their business problems.
• Work in a team wearing many hats – interacting with clients, managing workstreams, collaborating with other teams.
• Run the workstream and/or project activities you’ve been given.
• Drive profitability and service quality across engagements.
• Coordinate across technical, reports, conversion, and change management streams.
• Tweak current methods, tools and procedures to create solutions that meet clients’ needs.
• Check business requirements to find configuration solutions.
