Job summary

Accenture’s SAP practice seeks a seasoned transformation leader to drive large SAP Payroll projects. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, collaborate with sponsors, and guide teams across workstreams to deliver value for clients.

You’ll leverage deep Payroll knowledge to shape solutions, coordinate on- and off-shore resources, and travel as needed to client sites. This role emphasizes client impact and program governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years experience with Employee Central Payroll.
• Minimum 4 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience.
• Experience with a minimum of 2 full life-cycle SAP Payroll Cloud implementations.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project with on- and off-shore resources.
• Certified in Employee Central Payroll applications, and Payroll module.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience; Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.
• Kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led.
• Show clients how they can use SAP to solve their business problems.
• Lead a team, interact with clients, manage workstreams, collaborating with other teams.
• Run the workstream and/or project activities you’ve been given.
• Drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality.
• Interact with all workstreams – technical, reports, conversion, change management, project management and more.
• Refine current methods, tools and procedures to create solutions that meet clients’ needs.
• Check business requirements to find configuration solutions.
• Keep a record of requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives and final decisions.
• Travel may be required for this role.
