Job summary

Accenture’s SAP practice is seeking a transformation-focused consultant to help clients navigate digitization with SAP solutions. You will lead large, complex technology projects, kick-start transformation programs, and demonstrate how SAP can solve business problems across global delivery models.

Travel to client sites will be regular. Role requires deep SAP transformation experience, Payroll Cloud/EC Payroll expertise, and strong leadership to manage workstreams, scope, risk, and profitability

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 3 years of Employee Central Payroll experience.
• Experience with a minimum of 1 full life-cycle SAP Payroll Cloud implementation.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project in a global delivery model.
• Certified in EC Payroll applications, and Payroll module.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.
• Kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led.
• Show clients how they can use SAP to solve their business problems.
• Work in a team where you wear multiple hats and interact with clients, manage workstreams and other teams.
• Run the workstream and/or project activities you’ve been given.
• Drive profitability and service quality across engagements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional workstreams including technical, reports, conversion, and change management.
• Document requirements and decisions and capture impacts and alternatives.
