The role focuses on transforming clients’ businesses with SAP solutions and leading complex projects.

You will travel regularly to client sites and oversee delivery, ensuring profitability and high service quality while guiding teams through multi-workstream challenges.

Qualifications

• 4+ years SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting, or 8 years in industry.
• 3+ years Employee Central Payroll experience
• 1+ full life-cycle SAP Payroll Cloud implementation
• 1 year as Project/Lead on large SAP transformation project
• EC Payroll certifications
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (12 years) or Associate’s Degree with 6 years experience

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of large, complex technology projects with appropriate frameworks.
• Kick-start transformation programs, domain- or platform-led.
• Show clients how SAP can solve business problems.
• Work in a team with multiple hats; interact with clients and manage workstreams.
• Run the workstream or project activities assigned.
• Drive profitability and service quality.
• Coordinate across technical, reports, conversion, change management, and project management workstreams.
• Document requirements, solutions and decisions; adjust methods and tools as needed.
• Travel may be required (0–100%).
