Job summary

Accenture’s SAP practice is seeking a seasoned transformation professional to help clients navigate digitization through SAP, industry knowledge, and large-scale programs. You’ll lead projects, define requirements, and design specifications while coordinating teams and managing stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 10 years of equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project in a global delivery model.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Employee Central with EC Time (must have EC certification of some kind).
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central/Time certification
• SAP SuccessFactors Time Management certification
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions while managing team performance and providing solutions to challenges that impact various groups.
• This role will engage deeply with subject matter expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time, fostering an environment where collaboration and thoughtful decision-making drive success.
• Identify project scope and define clear requirements to support business and technology transformation initiatives.
• Create detailed functional and technical specifications to guide development and implementation efforts.
• Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs to validate solutions.
• Coordinate the implementation of solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Support change management efforts to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
