Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in its Technology practice to lead SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) engagements. You will translate business needs into technical specifications and collaborate with technical teams to design architecture solutions for DMC projects.

You will manage complex engagements, guide cross‑functional teams, and ensure quality and risk controls while driving client success in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in the field.
• At least 5 years in SAP Production Planning (PP) within DMC.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and client service skills.
• Proven experience managing SAP projects or work streams.
• Knowledge of supply chain best practices in DMC and related tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily for DMC initiatives.
• Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics are met.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex DMC engagements.
• Lead SAP client engagements or work streams focused on DMC.
• Demonstrate deep DMC technical capabilities and industry awareness.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Build relationships with client personnel across levels to foster trust.
• Motivate diverse teams, provide feedback, and foster innovation.
