Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager in our Technology practice to drive SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) initiatives. You will translate business needs into technical specs and partner with cross‑functional teams to design and deliver architecture solutions.

Expect leadership of complex SAP engagements and deep collaboration with stakeholders at all levels. You will manage budget, risk, and delivery while expanding EY’s DMC footprint and client value across manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) and DMC.
• Proven experience leading SAP projects or work streams with on/offshore teams.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships related to DMC initiatives.
• Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics meet objectives.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex DMC engagements.
• Lead SAP client engagements or work streams focused on DMC.
• Demonstrate technical capabilities within DMC and stay updated on industry trends.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and communicate expected outcomes.
• Build relationships with client personnel across levels to foster collaboration.
• Lead and motivate diverse teams, provide feedback, foster inclusion.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities within EY’s DMC space.
