Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in our Technology practice to lead SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) engagements. You’ll translate business needs into technical solutions, drive architecture design, and manage complex SAP programs with onshore/offshore teams.

You will partner with stakeholders to define strategy, oversee delivery, ensure quality and risk management, and develop opportunities within DMC to improve cost, efficiency, and manufacturing outcomes for clients across the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in SAP or DMC engagements.
• Experience leading SAP projects or work streams with onshore/offshore teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on DMC initiatives.
• Oversee program/project management, ensuring engagement economics and delivery.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex DMC engagements.
• Lead SAP client engagements or work streams with a focus on DMC and architecture.
• Demonstrate deep DMC capabilities and stay updated on industry trends.
