EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Technology to lead SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) engagements. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design effective SAP architectures that improve cost, efficiency, and quality for client manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities include managing complex DMC deployments, overseeing budgets, and guiding teams across onshore and offshore resources while maintaining a strong client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Typically 5–7 years of relevant SAP and DMC experience.
• Experience leading SAP projects or work streams with onshore and offshore teams.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical specs in DMC context.
• Proven cost-benefit analysis skills for technology implementations.

Responsabilités

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships for DMC initiatives.
• Oversee program and project management ensuring engagement economics are met.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex DMC engagements.
• Lead SAP client engagements or work streams focusing on DMC.
• Demonstrate deep DMC technical capabilities and stay updated on industry trends.
• Maintain client relationships at all levels and communicate progress and outcomes.
• Mentor teams and foster an inclusive, innovative work environment.
• Identify and pursue new EY DMC opportunities with clients.
