EY is seeking a Senior Manager in its Technology practice to lead SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) initiatives. You will translate business requirements into technical specs, design system architectures, and oversee delivery with onshore/offshore teams.

Focus on DMC, PP, and process optimization for manufacturing clients. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, guide project execution, and drive client value while expanding EY’s DMC offerings across industries and geographies.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant SAP experience.
• At least 5 years in SAP Production Planning within DMC.
• Experience managing SAP projects or work streams with onshore/offshore teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
• Willingness to travel 40-60%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily on DMC initiatives.
• Oversee program and project management ensuring engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex DMC engagements.
• Lead large SAP client engagements with a focus on DMC.
• Demonstrate deep DMC technical capabilities and stay updated on industry trends.
• Maintain relationships with client personnel at all levels.
• Motivate diverse teams and provide coaching.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities in EY’s DMC space.
