Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Manager in Technology to lead SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) engagements. You will translate business needs into technical designs, guide architecture solutions, and manage large client teams across onshore/offshore delivery while maintaining a strong focus on quality and risk management.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure DMC implementations meet requirements, drive cost-benefit analyses, and identify new EY opportunities in the DMC space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; a Master’s degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years in SAP Production Planning (PP) within Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC).
• Experience managing SAP projects/work streams (onshore/offshore).
• Knowledge of SAP PP integration with MES/QM/EWM/DMC.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on DMC initiatives.
• Oversee program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex DMC engagements.
• Lead large SAP client engagements or work streams focused on DMC.
• Demonstrate DMC technical capabilities and stay updated on industry trends.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and report outcomes to stakeholders.
• Build relationships with client personnel at all levels to foster collaboration.
• Motivate diverse teams and provide coaching in an inclusive environment.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within EY’s DMC services.
