Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in the Technology practice to shape SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) strategy, translate business requirements into technical specs, and drive high-impact SAP implementations.

You will lead complex client engagements, mentor diverse teams, ensure quality and risk management, and advise on architecture, integration, and value realization across SAP and non-SAP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
• 5-7 years of relevant experience
• At least five years in SAP Production Planning (PP) within Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC)
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills
• Experience managing SAP projects or work streams with onshore/offshore teams
• Proficient in supply chain best practices within DMC with benchmarking and advisory experience
• Willingness to travel 40-60%
• Experience with cost-benefit analyses and technology architecture frameworks
• Experience designing custom RICEF solutions and test scripts
• Knowledge of PP–MRP integration with QM/EWM/DMC

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily focusing on DMC initiatives
• Oversee program/project management to meet engagement economics while delivering DMC solutions
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex DMC engagements
• Lead large-scale SAP client engagements or work streams with DMC focus
• Demonstrate deep DMC technical capabilities and strong business acumen
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and communicate outcomes to stakeholders
• Build and maintain relationships with client personnel at all levels
• Provide leadership, feedback, and coaching to diverse teams
• Identify and generate new business opportunities in EY DMC space
