Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Technology specializing in SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) to lead complex engagements and partner with stakeholders across business lines in the US.

You will translate business needs into technical designs, oversee delivery, and guide multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction in a dynamic consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Typically 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years SAP Production Planning (PP) experience in DMC.
• Strong written and verbal communication and client-facing skills.
• Experience managing SAP projects or work streams with onshore/offshore teams.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain best practices in DMC.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships related to DMC initiatives.
• Oversee program and project management ensuring delivery within budget and scope.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex DMC engagements.
• Lead large-scale SAP client engagements or work streams focusing on DMC.
• Demonstrate deep DMC technical capabilities and stay updated on trends.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Build client relationships across levels and foster collaboration and trust.
• Mentor teams with constructive feedback and inclusive leadership.
