EY is seeking a Senior Manager in the Technology practice to lead SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) initiatives and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. You will manage complex engagements, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery excellence across client projects.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to shape architecture, oversee budgets, and drive ongoing optimization of DMC implementations, while maintaining a strong focus on risk and client value

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• 2.5-7 years?
• 5-7 years SAP experience; DMC focus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; client service.

Responsabilidades

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships with DMC initiatives.
• Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead large SAP client engagements or work streams with a DMC focus.
• Demonstrate strong DMC technical capabilities and stay updated on trends.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed of outcomes.
• Build and maintain client relationships across levels to foster collaboration.
• Motivate diverse teams and provide feedback while fostering inclusion.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the DMC space.
