Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager—Deployment Lead to guide large SAP implementations, de-risk transitions, and oversee Readiness, Cutover, and Hypercare. You will translate business needs into technical specs and partner with architecture and delivery teams across Consumer, Manufacturing, Technology, and Industrial Products sectors.

Travel 40–60% is expected. You will manage engagements, budgets, and resources, drive large-scale SAP pursuits, and foster strong client relationships while delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years delivering SAP-enabled transformations.
• At least 5 years leading large-scale SAP deployments with cross-functional teams.
• Experience across Consumer Business, Manufacturing, Technology or Industrial Products sectors.
• Experience managing offshore and remote delivery teams.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis.
• Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics are met.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Drive large-scale SAP pursuits and cultivate long-term client relationships.
• Align SAP solutions with client roadmaps and strategies.
• Deliver high-quality SAP projects or workstreams and serve as delivery lead.
