EY is seeking a Deployment Lead/Senior Manager in the Technology practice to de-risk large SAP implementations by leading business readiness, cutover, and hypercare. This role focuses on translating business requirements into technical designs and working with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable SAP solutions.

Travel 40–60% is expected. You will oversee engagement delivery, manage client relationships, and drive program management to ensure successful go-lives and long-term support for

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years delivering SAP-enabled business transformations.
• 5+ years leading large-scale SAP implementations.
• Experience across Consumer Business, Manufacturing, Technology or Industrial Products sectors.
• Experience with all pillars of deployment.
• Experience managing offshore and remote delivery teams.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.
