Job summary

EY seeks a Deployment Lead/Senior Manager in Technology to de-risk SAP implementations by coordinating Business Readiness, Cutover, and Hypercare. You will translate business needs into technical specs and ensure architecture aligns with client goals.

With 10+ years in SAP-enabled transformations and 5+ years leading deployments, you’ll manage cross-functional teams, drive delivery excellence, and navigate complex engagements across industries. Flexible travel is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
10+ years delivering SAP-enabled business transformations.
5+ years leading large-scale SAP implementations across multiple sectors.
Experience leading deployment workstreams and offshore/remote teams.
Travel 40–60% requested.

Responsibilities

Lead engagement delivery and client relationships daily.
Oversee program/project management and engagement economics.
Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
Drive large-scale SAP pursuits and build long-term client relationships.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, functional and technical areas.
Deliver SAP projects as delivery lead or in a leadership role.
