Job summary

EY is seeking a Deployment Lead/Senior Manager in our Technology practice. You will manage complex SAP deployments, coordinate readiness, cutover, and hypercare, and translate business needs into technical specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 10 years delivering SAP-enabled business transformations with deep SAP module expertise.
• At least 5 years leading large-scale SAP implementations or rollouts.
• Experience leading complex SAP deployment workstreams across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with all deployment pillars, including de-risking transitions.
• Experience managing offshore and remote delivery teams.
• Knowledge of best practices and industry-specific finance/tech functions.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.
