EY is seeking a Senior Deployment Lead to de-risk large SAP implementations by coordinating with business stakeholders and delivering across readiness, cutover, and hypercare. You will translate business requirements into technical specs and collaborate with technical teams to design effective architecture solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 10 years delivering SAP-enabled transformations.
At least 5 years leading large SAP deployments or rollouts.
Experience managing offshore and remote delivery teams.
Willingness to travel 40–60% for client engagements.

Responsibilities

Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics.
Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
Drive large-scale SAP pursuits and build long-term client relationships.
Align SAP solutions with client roadmaps and strategies.
Lead program and project management with travel as needed.
