Job summary

EY is seeking a Deployment Lead to de-risk large SAP implementations, overseeing Business Readiness, Cutover and Hypercare, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure a smooth go-live and transition to support.

As a Senior Manager in Technology, you will translate business requirements into technical specs, lead cross-functional teams across business, functional and technical areas, and drive complex SAP deployments across industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10 years delivering SAP-enabled transformations.
• 5+ years leading large SAP deployments across sectors.
• Experience with offshore/remote delivery teams.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and client relationships.
• Manage program/project delivery and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Drive large-scale SAP pursuits and build pipelines.
• Direct deployment activities: plan, cutover, hypercare.
