Job summary

EY is seeking a Deployment Lead/Senior Manager in its Technology practice to de-risk large SAP implementations and oversee three deployment pillars: Business/Site Readiness, Cutover, and Hypercare. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with technical teams to design architecture solutions.

The role demands extensive SAP experience, cross-functional leadership, and ability to travel 40–60% to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years delivering SAP-enabled business transformations, with deep expertise in one or more SAP modules.
• 5+ years leading large-scale SAP implementations or rollouts end-to-end.
• Experience leading complex SAP deployment workstreams across business, functional and technical areas.
• Experience with all pillars of deployment and de-risking transitions.
• Experience managing offshore and remote delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Leading engagement delivery and client relationships on a daily basis.
• Overseeing program/project management and ensuring engagement economics are met.
• Developing resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Driving large-scale SAP pursuits and cultivating long-term client relationships across sectors.
• Building market presence by aligning SAP solutions with client contexts and roadmaps.
• Leading program and project management with travel to meet client needs.
• Managing client relationships, engagement economics and resource planning.
• Delivering high-quality SAP projects or workstreams as the delivery lead.
