Job summary

EY is seeking a Deployment Lead to de-risk large SAP implementations by coordinating with business stakeholders and guiding the three pillars: Business/Site Readiness, Cutover, and Hypercare. You will oversee go-live transitions and support long-term operations.

As a Senior Manager in EY's Technology practice, you will translate business requirements into technical specs, guiding teams to deliver effective system architecture and SAP solutions that meet client needs. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years delivering SAP-enabled business transformations with deep SAP module expertise.
• 5+ years leading large-scale SAP implementations or rollouts across multiple sectors.
• Experience leading complex SAP deployment workstreams with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with all pillars of deployment and de-risking business transitions.
• Experience managing offshore and remote delivery teams.
• Knowledge of best practices and advisory experience in industry-specific finance/tech.
• Strong research skills on regulations, industry practices and new technologies.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.
