EY is seeking a Deployment Lead/Senior Manager in their Technology practice to de-risk large SAP implementations and oversee three deployment pillars: Business Readiness, Cutover, and Hypercare. You will translate business requirements into technical specs and ensure solutions meet objectives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires deep SAP deployment experience, strong leadership, and the ability to travel 40–60%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 10+ years delivering SAP-enabled business transformations.
• At least 5 years leading large-scale SAP implementations or rollouts across multiple sectors.
• Experience managing offshore/remote delivery teams and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Drive large-scale SAP pursuits and build a robust pipeline.
• Collaborate with sector alliance leads to align SAP roadmaps with client needs.
• Lead program and project management with travel as required.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality SAP projects and workstreams.
