EY is seeking a Deployment Lead/Senior Manager to de-risk large SAP implementations by coordinating with stakeholders, managing two main pillars—Business Readiness, Cutover, and Hypercare—and delivering end-to-end go-live support.

The role requires deep SAP experience, strong leadership, and ability to translate business needs into technical specs, with significant travel as required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of delivering SAP-enabled transformations.
• 5+ years leading large-scale SAP deployments.
• Experience leading offshore/remote delivery teams.
• Experience across Consumer Business, Manufacturing, Technology or Industrial Products sectors.

Aufgaben

• Lead engagement delivery and client relationships daily.
• Oversee program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Drive large-scale SAP pursuits and build long-term client relationships.
• Align SAP solutions with client roadmaps and strategies.
• Travel 40-60% as needed to meet client needs.
