Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Deployment Lead to de-risk large SAP implementations, spanning Business Readiness, Cutover, and Hypercare. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and lead cross-functional teams to deliver robust SAP solutions.

Strong project management and stakeholder engagement are essential as travel of 40-60% is expected across diverse sectors. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure architecture aligns with strategic goals and deliver

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
10+ years delivering SAP-enabled business transformations.
5+ years leading large-scale SAP deployments or rollouts across multiple sectors.
Experience leading complex SAP deployment workstreams, including planning, execution, and stabilization.
Experience managing offshore and remote delivery teams.

Responsibilities

Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships.
Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics.
Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
Drive large-scale SAP pursuits and cultivate long-term client relationships across sectors.
Lead program and project management with travel to meet client needs.
Deliver high-quality SAP projects as delivery lead to support operations.
