Job summary

EY is seeking an Deployment Manager to drive large SAP implementations and oversee three deployment pillars: Business/Site Readiness, Cutover, and Hypercare. You will partner with stakeholders, the project team, and third parties to execute plans, manage timelines, costs, and quality, and lead multi-disciplinary teams on transformative technology programs.

Travel is a regular requirement, with a hybrid client-facing work model that balances in-person collaboration and remote activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years ERP deployment experience.
• Proven experience in executing large SAP implementation procedures.
• Experience in managing site readiness plans and ensuring successful execution.
• Proficiency in developing and executing cutover plans.
• Experience in leading teams.
• A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.

Responsibilities

• Leading workstream delivery and tracking deliverable completion and project status.
• Actively participating in client working sessions and leading workstreams from planning through execution to closure.
• Managing engagement economics and implementing resource plans and budgets.
• Travel required regularly as needed by external client.
