Job summary

EY seeks a Deployment Manager to drive SAP deployment programs across Business/Site Readiness, Cutover, and Hypercare. You will collaborate with stakeholders, the project team, and third parties to execute plans, ensure timelines and budgets, and deliver post-go-live support with strong governance.

The role emphasizes leadership of both technical and non-technical teams, robust communication with clients, and a flexible, travel-heavy schedule to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year) required.
• Typically 4–6 years ERP deployment experience.
• Proven experience in executing large SAP deployment procedures.
• Experience in managing site readiness plans and ensuring successful execution.
• Proficiency in developing and executing cutover plans.
• Experience in leading teams.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Leading workstream delivery and tracking deliverable completion and project status.
• Actively participating in client working sessions and leading workstreams from planning through execution to closure.
• Managing engagement economics and implementing resource plans and budgets.
• Travel required regularly as needed by external client.
