Job summary

You will collaborate with stakeholders and third parties, defining and delivering readiness and cutover strategies while guiding project plans and budgets.

Responsibilities include leading workstreams, coordinating with clients, and ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery of technology transformation programs. 40-60% travel expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree) required.
• Typically 4–6 years ERP deployment experience.
• Proven experience in executing large SAP implementations.
• Experience managing site readiness plans and ensuring successful execution.
• Proficiency in developing and executing cutover plans.
• Experience leading teams.
• Willingness to travel; travel estimated 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and track status.
• Participate in client sessions and lead workstreams end-to-end.
• Manage engagement economics and budgets.
• Travel regularly as needed by external client.
