Job summary

EY is seeking a Deployment Manager to lead large SAP implementation projects, coordinating with stakeholders, the project team, and third parties to execute plans across Business/Site Readiness, Cutover, and Hypercare. You will manage timelines, costs, and quality, guiding cross-functional teams and reporting progress.

Travel 40-60% is expected; a 4-year degree and 4–6 years ERP deployment experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year) required.
• ERP deployment experience of 4–6 years.
• Proven experience in executing large SAP deployment procedures.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.
• Experience leading teams.
• Proficiency in developing and executing cutover plans.

Responsibilities

• Leading workstream delivery and tracking deliverable completion and project status.
• Actively participating in client working sessions and leading workstreams from planning through execution to closure.
• Managing engagement economics and implementing resource plans and budgets.
• Travel required regularly as needed by external client.
