Job summary

EY is seeking a Deployment Manager to lead large SAP deployment initiatives on client engagements, coordinating with stakeholders, project teams and third parties. You will drive readiness, cutover, and hypercare strategies, and oversee post-go-live support while ensuring timelines, costs and quality align with client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree) required.
• Typically, no less than 4–6 years ERP deployment experience.
• Proven experience in executing large SAP implementation procedures.
• Experience in managing site readiness plans and ensuring successful execution.
• Proficiency in developing and executing cutover plans.
• Experience in leading teams.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Leading workstream delivery and tracking deliverable completion and project status.
• Actively participating in client working sessions and leading workstreams from planning through execution to closure.
• Managing engagement economics and implementing resource plans and budgets.
• Travel required regularly as needed by external client.
