Job summary

EY is seeking a Deployment Manager (SAP) to lead large implementation efforts across Business/Site Readiness, Cutover, and Hypercare. You will collaborate with stakeholders and third parties to execute project plans, manage timelines and budgets, and oversee both technical and non-technical teams in delivering transformative SAP solutions.

Experience with ERP deployments and SAP delivery, plus strong communication skills, are essential.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years ERP deployment experience.
• Proven experience in executing large SAP deployment procedures.
• Experience in managing site readiness plans and ensuring successful execution.
• Proficiency in developing and executing cutover plans.
• Experience in leading teams.
• Willingness to travel 40-60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and track deliverable completion and project status.
• Actively participate in client working sessions and steer workstreams from planning to closure.
• Manage engagement economics and implement resource plans and budgets.
• Travel regularly as required by external client.
